12 Week Transformation
These consist of three, one hour, one-to-one sessions per week, for 12 weeks. Cancellations will count as a session. Sessions can be rescheduled providing there is time. Payment must be made before the first session, no refunds will be made.
The following applies to one-to-one / one-to-two sessions only.
Single sessions must be paid for in full at the end of each session. Block bookings must be paid for in full prior to the start of the first session. Payments for block bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellation of appointments
All clients are required to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will be charged for the missed session at the full rate. The only time I will cancel for bad weather is when it's too icy underfoot, therefore too dangerous to train. Your workout will either be rescheduled or, if possible, changed to inside. It's cold, it's raining or it's snowing are not valid reasons to cancel. In the unlikely event of me cancelling within 24 hours’, except in the case of icy conditions, your session will be rescheduled and you will be given a complimentary session.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours’ due to illness or injury will still be charged at the full rate unless a doctor's note is provided. Please bear in mind that being injured doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t train. With 24 hours’ notice, I can plan an alternative session taking your injury into account.
Unless otherwise agreed, sessions run for one hour. If you are late you will lose the time. If I am more than 15 minutes late, I will make up the time in that session and you will receive a complimentary session at a later date.
Ten session blocks must be used within 2 months of your first session.
Your sessions are written for you with your needs and goals in mind. If you have bought a block of sessions and you wish to transfer unused sessions to a friend or family member you must do so with seven days notice.
