One-to-One Personal Training
Bespoke workouts created just for you either at your home, or outside space. After your initial assessment I will manage your fitness, I will provide the know-how, the equipment and the motivation. Together we will set realistic, achievable goals, chart your progress and workout with varied programmes avoiding plateaus. Together we will get results.

One-to-Two Personal Training
Helping to spread the cost of your fitness, why not train with a friend. Your workouts will be designed with both of you in mind, using progression or regression of exercises where necessary.

12 Week Transformation
Three, one hour, one-to-one sessions per week for 12 weeks. Yes it’s intense, but nothing you can’t handle. You will lose weight, you will get fitter, you will feel amazing. Call now to book 07721 60 33 30.

With all of the above you will receive additional support via email and text. You will be pushed, but never given more than you can cope with.
