Boot Camps are a group exercise, usually held outside, for up to 10-12 people. The exercises use bodyweight, slam balls, battle ropes and kettle bells. The easy to use equipment is set out in 'stations' with two or three people at each station. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of active recovery before moving on to the next station - a variation of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). On average, a class will last approximately 45 minutes.
Classes are currently held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Battlebride running track in Merstham at 12.30. The price is £5.00 per person for each class, payable on the day or £35 per month for unlimited classes. Please BOOK HERE before attending.
You will be given exercises to perform and can use either progression or regression as appropriate, making my classes suitable for men and women of all abilities.
